jr2084
I just picked up a complete in box w/ manual Deluxe Invaders cartridge for the Atari 8-bit computer. Anyone have any idea of its rarity or value?
SS
It's no grail but it's not that easy to find either. It's kinda sought after by A8Bit players too so the price that it fetches is often reflective of this.
jr2084
what's the value of it?
Nukey Shay
Digital Press lists it as 8 bucks loose http://www.digitpress.com/DP/cmf/game.cmf?...f?gameid=118197
SS
DP says $8 loose but I think that they're low on this one. I'd say that it's closer to $15 loose. CIB would, of course, be a bit higher.
Nukey Shay
* wonders if there's a seperate rarity for brown vs. yellow Roklan cases
jr2084
They make it in yellow? Mine's the color of a Coleco cart for the 2600. The one I have is complete in box with manual.
deathtrappomegranate
I recently sold a shrinkwrapped one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=8129706192 I though that that price was a trifle low for an unopened copy, but it's not a big ticket game. However, it is by far the best version of Space Invaders for the A8 machines. I would hold on to it if I were you. Play it a little, and maybe sell it in a while, if you want, when no-one has sold one for some time. Supply and demand...

Shrinkwrapped and probably still has a faded label. What's up with Roklan carts, I could barely read any of the ones I found. The Grey/brown cases with blue labels were a little better, but the yellow & black cases have the most crap labels I've ever seen.
