sharopolis Posted November 8, 2004 Share Posted November 8, 2004 I've just got hold of a modded Vader and a 6-switch woody and was wondering if anyone could tell me how I can disable the spring loaded slot protection mechanism on either of these machines. I have a few carts that just wont fit in the slot on these machines because they wont push the cover back properly, but work fine on my junior which doesnt have the same protector thing. I've disassembled both of the consoles, but the cartrisge slot is well built and I work out how to get into the inner casing without damaging it. I dont know how these things are put together, but I cant imagine its going to be too difficult to either take out the plastic bit that blocks the slot or just jam it back in some way, if I can get to it. Im sure I cant be the only person who has had this problem, so can someone give me some tips, or point to a resource that can? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
