Starhopper
So here I was, minding my own business, cleaning out a new eBay find, when my son decides he's going to help out. Seconds later, One of five Juniors hits the floor by my workbench and explodes into tiny plastic shards. The console still works, but it's rather naked. I need to Frankenstien it into a new case. Does anyone have a dead system they'd be willing to part with for a few bucks?
Ralph3
I might (still) have a shell for you. I had a bad system but kept the case. I saw it the other month ago in the attic. 3 of the screws that go into the plastic case, the screws busted off the plastic risers. It might be able to be fixed with some JB weld or something. I might have thrown it away because they were busted but I usually keep everything. I will look tomorrow and get back at you.

Stingray
It's incredible how brittle the plastic is that they used to produce the cases on the Juniors isn't it? Those cases are amazingly easy to break. -S

candiru
Sounds like a fun project for a custom case design.
atari_aaron
If you figure out a cool custom case, post it how you did it. I'd love to gut my Atari Jr. and put it into something cool.
