nems
There are two 8-bit computer versions of Montezuma's Revenge, one by Utopia and one by Parker Bros. I'm guessing that the Parker Bros version is the same as the 5200 version. However, the Utopia version seems unique. I believe this map is made from the Utopia version. Looking at the map, anyone familiar with the 5200 version will notice quite a few differences in the game. Could the Utopia version be converted to run on the 5200? I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love to play this alternate version of Montezuma's Revenge on a real 5200.
nems
After reading this page, I know realize that the Utopia version is 48K, which would make it too large of a game for easy conversion to the 5200.
Tempest
Yes the Utopia version is too large to fit onto a 32K 5200 cart. Sadly it is also incomplete. I just completed my reveiw of the released 8-bit version of Montezuma's Revenge. You can read it here: http://www.atariprotos.com/8bit/software/m...monty/monty.htm Tempest
nems
This is probably old news for some, but I just realized that there are also beautiful maps for the Parker Bros 8-bit/5200 version at http://mapy.atari8.info/ I couldn't find 'em before because they are listed under "Preliminary Monty". Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 4 Using these maps has increased my score quite a bit!
