Atariboy
I've really had some fun playing Top Gear and the Bomberman series lately with a friend of mine online with the SuperNes emulator ZSNES. Got me thinking if I could do this with stuff like Combat for the 2600.
Nukey Shay
There was once an emulator called M.A.G.E. or something similar that boasted to be the first 2600 netplay emu. Unfortunately, I never got it to work right (it claimed that I was missing some exotic .dll file - and refused to work even after finding a copy of said .dll)...and it has since been abandoned AFAIK. Some were claiming limited success with PCAE+Kaillera here...but I don't know how that worked out either (guys?). All together now... >cough< Z26?!? >cough<
maibock
Not sure about anyone else, but I was never able to get multiplayer to work. In fact I was thinking about it 2 days ago while I was playing Halo2 on XBL. It's amazing that you can play high end games, snes games, old computer games all online, but not the 2600 I obviously don't know what the obstacles are, but I'm sure if it could be figured out, it's from someone here at AA
