Any other official ROM variants?(eg Asteroids,SkeetShoot...)

This recent thread about the two different versions of Asteroids:

makes me wonder how many other games have multiple versions that were officially released by their original manufactures, either to fix bugs or for some other reason. Skeet Shoot had an original release where the screen rolled, so a later release fixed that bug. Asteroids apparently also had a bug fixed when the version with the copyright was released. Here is an old thread that implies a mofidifed version of Dodge 'em was released:

Are there any other games that had updated releases under the same name from the original manufacturer? I'm not talking about hacks or homebrews, or official "special" mods (Atlantis II, monogram SpaceChase, Pepsi Invaders), just re-releases of games by the same title but with an updated ROM.

Supposedly some copies of Air Raiders have the difficulty switches reversed. Also I read that some copies of Burgertime had a glitch where the breadstick could hit you from below (it was too tall).
