StanJr
Not sure if anyone else has discovered this, but when I tried to get my shiny new Seawolf (Blue cart) in my Heavy Sixer today, it barely fit and scuffed the cart a bit. I'm not worried about the scuffing, but I wondered if anyone else had this same problem?
Mindfield
Probably the same problem a number of carts (most notably Atari red labels) have in heavy sixers. My Sears heavy practically needs red labels to be press-fit into the cart slot, and then extracted with a hydraulic winch.
ATARIPITBULL
My copy of Coke wins from CPUWIZ fits a little tight in my sixer, but not enough to scuff it. I am going to be ordering Seawolf in just a bit and a few others.
atwwong
I keep my original 4 switch around so I can fit all the carts in it. Over the holidays my VCS collection has doubled. The picture is great on the heavy sixers. Even my wife notices it. But the carts fit easily in the 4 switch.

Brad2600
Or you could use a 7800.
SS
Or you could use a 7800. I find that some carts are a bit more snug in my 7800 than in either my Vader or Jr. (I don't own a 6 switcher to compare with.)
StanJr
yes, yes, as I said I am not worried about it, the game still plays and I like it just fine, I just wondered if I alone was having this problem, or if it was common to all color carts? Seawolf, by the way is great! I'm about to break 10K !!!!
CPUWIZ
(I don't own a 6 switcher to compare with.) I think I am gonna have to fix that this weekend.
