spongebue
I know there have been a few threads in the past about this, but they are fairly old. I was wondering if there are any video amps or something I could use to make the Heckendorn mod work with my Atari 2600SP+. I get the common rolling screen, and it seems to be because of an "unorthodox" signal. I would prefer an amp, but would be willing to redo the A/V circuit if necessary and if it would be guaranteed to work with the PSOne screen (which is an official Sony one, by the way) If I could get an answer sooner, that would be best as I am going on a church retreat on Friday and would have to do it on Thrursday (tomorrow) Thanks, spongebue
Stingray
I never was able to get my A/V mod to work with any kind of LCD screen. Works fine on my composite CRT monitor though. I tried building a video amp circuit that I found somewhere, but it didn't help. Screen rolls on LCD no matter what. -S
Stingray
Just re-read what I wrote. I don't mean to say that it isn't possible to get an A/V modded 2600 to work with an LCD, because we've all seen it done. I just don't know how they're doing it. -S
