Author: James 'Prophet' Fudge Posted: Tuesday, January 18, 2005 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Infogrames announced today that it raised $26.6 million from the sale of 11 million shares in its U.S. unit Atari as part of a larger plan to cut debt. Infogrames, which sold the shares at $2.55 each through its California U.S. Holdings unit, said it now owned 52.04 percent of Atari.
