EricDeLee
How much are these things worth? I came across one in the wild and the guy is holding it for me. It is not sealed... but it does come with the original box. Is $30 too much for it? Thanks guys... (Same guy offering Tempest standup and Donkey Kong coctail ... both for $1000) LOL Can't beat that deal!
AtariAger
I payed $80 for one...but it is sealed! Hope that helps!...
EricDeLee
That gives me a pretty good idea. I mean the guy's prices seem to be fair. I picked up a PacMan2 handheld game for $10. I love that thing. And then of course I'm getting those two arcade games from him for a really good deal (actually I was going to give him $900, but asked if he'd help me move them for the extra $100. ) Can't beat that! I may have to sell my pinball machine though. And I haven't had a chance to really play it yet. I may list that on here as well. Thanks... sku_u
It depends on which one it is and whether it's 1st party or 3rd party.
EricDeLee
It's the Atari brand.. I checked that already.
sku_u
It's the Atari brand.. I checked that already. In that case, $30's a fair price as long as the box and its contents are in nice shape.

EricDeLee
Just picked it up today. Got a bargain for it: $10 :)
video game addict
Wow even better! I've seen lots of them without the top, or with cracked tops. They are kind of large though, some of the really larger stuff I'm not so enthusiastic over adding to the collection. Boxed game centers are a lot harder to come by though! Most people buy them to put the Atari & games in, so out goes the box it was packed in, it's a organization center, for keeping the room clean, keeping it out in use & saving the box kind of defeats the purpose of buying it in the first place. Seems most get tossed once they were pulled out to use. Not as many around today still in boxes. Center by itself is probably like an R2 or R3, but for boxed closer to an R6 or R7 I'd say. There were a couple of them on ebay last year, although I have not personally seen a Sears Tele-games version complete in box, I'm curious as to what that box looks like The last Tele-games center I had, was a restickered one. It had the original Atari game center sticker covered with the Tele-games sticker. Yet it was the "marblized" woodgrain, not the typical Atari brand look.. Odd stuff. Personally though, I'd be more excited over the addition of Tempest!! The artwork on that cab alone is worth the cost of owning. You gonna post pics of all this? Me want pictures!
