Atlantis I/II

Is there 2 different labels for Atlantis I, a day and a night, or are all night labels Atlantis II?

The original Atlantis comes in both style of labels. The contest version of Atlantis ("Atlantis II") came in the night style of the label. You can find more information here.

There are at least 4 major label variations for Atlantis: day and night scenes, text only, and blue. Atlantis II was specially hacked from the regular version to make it harder for the "tiebreaker" contest. They did not make any new label design for it, so unless somebody marked it somehow, there is no way to tell the regular version from the contest version just by looking at the cartridge. Apparently all the Atlantis II cartridges got night scene labels and were put in night scene boxes (this is logical since they would probably only print one label and box style at a time, and they made so few of the II carts that chances of its production spanning across a changeover of label styles would be virtually zero.)
