It dances after the game ends if I remember right (Haven't took it out yet, and its been years since I've played it). My tip: The most important thing, after clearing the wave, is to shoot the "bird" creature, especially in the higher levels, to keep the yolk flow down. My technique is to stay stationary in the middle of the screen while it dances back and forth, and wait for it to pass above me. Just fire away when it approaches the middle of the screen. I know it's an old tip, but I really find that covering up the score helps me to improve. If I don't I find I'm always taking my eye off the game to glance at the score, and in a game like Eggomania that's a bad thing to do. Oh, and that trippy bird effect is from my camera's shutter staying open an extraordinarily long time. I have no idea why it does that. But it looks nutty.
