Haydn Jones
How much should a small run of homebrew packageing, manuals and labels cost per game. What is a reasonable figure? I have a way in mind, but i want to see if it is cost efective. Who was selling the 2600 printer lables, and how much for? How many copies of a reasonable quality, well packaged hack would sell at an average convencion. (I think 10 - 15 maybe?) Is there anyone who would burn eproms on there own, no pcb etc (if i do this i will get the pixel past ones) Anyone know how well speccy games do at conventions. as this is the reason i was planing to set up a stall in the first place. To help someone finaly publish their game after well over 15 years. thanks, haydn
Lord Thag
Why not PM or email one of the AA owners? They sell hombrew stuff all the time, and I'm sure they could help you out. The usual selling price for a homebrew boxed game is $40-50, at least from what I've seen, so I would imagine it costs $30-35 at least to produce it. I'm not an expert, though.
