Ace` Posted June 13, 2005 Share Posted June 13, 2005 Hi all I've got a PAL Atari 2600 (woody) I'd like to repair or at least attempt to repair. It powers on but the picture is black with two white bars, it does this with or without a game inserted. I've cleaned the games and slot pins on the system and this did not help. Anyone got any ideas?. Could be anything, really, but probably the TIA or the 6507. Or the RIOT. I can probably repair it for you if you like.... as long as you cover postage, parts and a small amount for my time (I'm skint so need extra pocket money for my Atari habit. ).
