DamageX Posted June 23, 2005 Share Posted June 23, 2005 since Wrathchild mentioned this in another thread, I am thinking about upgrading my 800xl to 128K or more (probably don't want to bother with separate ANTIC/CPU banking). Of course the reason I haven't done it already is because it seems like a lot of work, so I am wondering what would be the easiest upgrade. I have a 128K and some 32K SRAMs (as well as 4164, 4256, etc. DRAMs) from old PC parts in case that would simplify matters. I don't know enough about the XL motherboard or about how DRAM works to figure out my own circuit though.
