Different Lynx II Models?

Tron2005

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone i was wondering if anybody has ran into this i have a couple of Lynx 2's and they have different model numbers .. the reason why this caught my attention is that one of them does not have FCC/US Patent text below the model # and its got PAG-0300 for the model number

the other one a PAG-0401 has all the FCC/Patent info

Lynx 2

PAG-0300 has no FCC/Patent info stamped below it

PAG-0401 Has the normal FCC/Patent Info

Anybody seen this .. is it a US to non us model? or is it a factory defect?

I have three different LYNX II models (boxed). They all were sold in germany.

The number was changed after product changes. They all have nearly the same cover only different writings on the back. The compnents in the boards differ a little bit.

PAG-0300 (First Lynx II produced, only a short time. problems with shielding)

PAG-0400

PAG-0401 (last model, the most common !)

I can mail pictures from all models if someone is interesetd in.

By the way I ihave two different LYNX I models. They differ in their "steering cross":

PAG-0200

PAG-0201

Some of these were painted, others were "solid"

So, there are a lot of variations to collect.

on your PAG-0300 does it have the the FCC etc Info in the box below the model # ?

if the PAG-0300 is the early one it seems wierd that the IC's used on the old ones is a newer technology than the later ones....

No, there is no FCC info in the box below the model info on 0300.
