emkay Posted January 27, 2006 Share Posted January 27, 2006 Well... I had a self built SIO2ST (still have it). I used the ST as a XL Floppy temporary. The Software I wrote myself. A result of this connection was my "XL-ST Schiffeversenken" One version ran on the ST. After loading it on the ST, you could load the XL Version via interface. Goochman Posted January 27, 2006 Share Posted January 27, 2006 I have an even better solution I used - Hooking my 1040ST and 130XE up to modems and a phone line. I set the ST to 'answer' (same phone line) and issue the dial from the 130XE - I then 'whistle' into the phone for the hookup and wala I have a poor mans null modem cable.
