dr. kwack
Does anyone know of any 8-bit games that could be played via modem? A friend and I recently chatted via XE Term for a laugh and thought it would be cool to play a game or two. I know myatari.com has a Chess program but are there any others? +CharlieChaplin
Well, as always there is a list in the A8FAQ by Michael Current (I wrote it). The only games I remember at the moment are modem-chess, tele-chess, modem-battleships and jelly-beans (but there were a few other programs)... Go and search for the A8FAQ... greetings, Andreas Magenheimer. P.S.: I have the above mentioned games in my collection, so if you want a copy, send me an e-mail... Goochman
A version of Dog Daze that works via the internet was released IIRC a year ago.
