Just put a 220 ohm resistor in line with an LED from any 5v source on the main board to ground. krupkaj Posted February 27, 2006 Share Posted February 27, 2006 on my old XF i had 2 color power LED with write protect switch, when the LED emitted green light it was possible to write to disk if the light was red, the floppy was write protected.
