MrRetroGamer
Finding out today that Spy hunter was available for the 5200, and other games from this site, http://www.atarimax.com/freeshippingsale/ can anybody tell me what other homebrew games are available on cart that are not listed on the Atari Age rarity list? Those are not really called homebrews, those are conversions from Atari computer programs, and those are mostly pretty recent which is why they are not on the list. JagFan422
ok that sounds good, especially for the price, $25 and no freight. has anybody bought these? Spy Hunter in particular that could tell me how good the gameplay is? I haven't seen a review or anything and would hate to buy something like this and it be unplayable or something. JagFan422
i've never played the 8-bit version. The only atari computer system i ever owned was an XE, and i only had a couple of games. I've played it on the NES, but don't want to compare NES with Atari.
Vic George 2K3
The XE Game System is the 8-bt computer line from the early 1980s.

Goochman
The atari 8bit version is 'ok' - Another rushed port that has the spirit of the game but bland colors and graphics.

JagFan422
yeah, i can't wait til i get my refund check, i'm getting Spy Hunter for sure, leaning towards Crystal castles as well, i've never played or heard of any of the other games that aren't pac-man. Hopefully the free shipping sale is still going on. DAMN IRS WON"T TRACK MY REFUND had i known about this site earlier, i'd probably already have a couple of these games already.
