griswell
You know something I noticed about the 5200 versus the 2600? The 2600 has had more companies release it's games on their systems than any other system. That includes the 5200, the 7800, the Jaguar, Intellivision, etc. Not that I don't enjoy playing my 5200, but wouldn't it be great if folks who didn't have access to the 5200 console could play the games as well? I mean, I've got "Activision Anthology" (2600 Titles Only) for my Gameboy, and I love taking that along with me on car trips. Has anyone thought of making a compilation CD for one of the "big three", or a cart for Gameboy or PsP? I know this is kind of way out there, and probably has been mentioned before. Just a thought....
Rybags
Many (most?) 5200 games are licenced arcade versions or clones and have been done countless times anyway. Namco, Atari and Williams already have compilation packs out for various systems like PC and PSX. For those games that haven't been recreated, the 5200 (or at least the computer) is emulated on most modern platforms anyway.
