vdub_bobby
Hi folks. My brother uses the capella software and he's having some trouble with it, so he sent support an email. They replied, in German! I was wondering if one of you nice German folks would be so kind as to translate it for us?
My German is bad, but it looks more like a recruitment message than a response to a support request.
p_b
I'll do my best :-) Subject: Capella-software is looking for a worker in support. Dear Capella user, please apologise for bothering you with this email. We are looking for a worker to enlargen our support-team. We believe that we'll probably find a qualified person in our user-base. Maybe you even have an aquaintance who might be interested in this job. You'll find further information on www.capella.de under the link "Sie und wir" (you and us) in the main menu. Kind regards, Edita Werner, CEO (probably :-) ) Hope that helps, Nils
Cybergoth
Cool. So your brother can get a job here Well ok, it's more or less just auto-reply SPAM, I'd guess you'll have to wait some more for a real answer
Thomas Jentzsch
So you ask for an answer and as a reply they offer you a job to help them answering your own question.
vdub_bobby
Thanks for the translation! Oh man, I'm dying - that is hilarious. EDIT: I kinda think that email must have been completely unrelated to the request for support - just a coincidence that it came when it did. Too funny. tmont
... Yikes. This is a huge disappointment. I may have to make a few phone calls; hopefully their tech support speaks English... Danke! Edited August 17, 2006 by HeckYesIDid
