Lord Helmet
Would it be possible to make a Redemption style adapter that would function with a 2600 trak ball controller? The 5200 trak ball is a little pricey for some people, and the 2600 version can be had for cheap. Of course after buing an adapter, it might end up being just as expensive. Albert
There are really only three games that were meant for the Trak-Ball controller: - Centipede - Millipede - Missile Command There are a few other games that work with it, but overall given the limited number of games that could take advantage of such a device, I don't know that it'd be worthwhile to produce. ..Al
Lord Helmet
That's kind of what I figured. This was more of just an idea I have been kicking around to do myself. I hadn't gotten around to actually cracking open any hardware yet though
Shawn
Just use the 2600 trackball in joystick mode threw the redemption adaptor if that is what your looking to do.
Lord Helmet
Yeah, that would work, but I was looking for true analog support. I may just have to find a 5200 trakball.
