Minor Update - Adafruit Feather RP2040
Just a minor update. I decided to move from the Rpi Pico to the Adafruit Feather RP2040.

It's a bit more expensive, but it offers some dev features, like built in storage, that I like.
I seem to have a somewhat solid implementation of a 2600/7800 JS controller, but I seem to be having problems with Paddle Controls.
I can continue using the same code as before, but hopefully the QWIIC connectors will make the development a bit easier. I'm dumping the AD5242s in favor of the Feather's on-board ADCs and the Adafruit MCP4728 Quad DAC.
I'm hoping this implementation might address some of the weirdness with the 5200 JS as well.
Off topic, I wanted to use the Back/Atari/Ham buttons on the joystick to switch between controller nodes... but that seems to be messing with the controller's internal settings causing the USB communication to fail. Essentially, it's a TinyUSB issue... I get some kind of 'ASSERT FAILED' error as a result.
