Things are working out good

Well I'm pretty psyched about the following week. I'm going back to my old schedule of 6am-2:30pm, which I liked very much as it allowed me more time after work to do fun things. This will help a lot once I have set up an exercise routine as I'll have more time to exercise. I'm looking forward to it.My weight is now 230lbs and it fluctates up to 235lbs sometimes but as long as I'm getting 3 meals a day and 2 snacks whenever possible, along with the way I push myself physically at work, it will likely stay there at least or drop even lower. I can feel my bones in some areas so it tells me to try and slow down the loss a bit so my body can keep up with some of the changes. I'm never in physical pain or sick so I must be doing something right. I allow for up to 1600 calories on weekends, since I like to eat more for those. Mostly during the week, I only get up to 1350 if I want. It's still very much about control and sticking to the healthy habits I have developed since January. The following Saturday, is the annual Alumni weekend at my old school. Looking forward to seeing old faces as usual and hoping that I'll shock some people with the way I look now, since the last time I went to an alumni weekend, I was in terrible shape and about 100+ lbs heavier. Can't wait to see if people can still recognize me. :ponder: Just thought I'd share and I wish everyone else the kind of good fortune I've had this year. I'm still cautious about it and I don't get too excited because you never know what life will bring. Just enjoy it to the max!:D

Congrats on the weight loss. I know how hard it can be, as I dropped 50 lbs 2 years ago. It's a pain in the ass to be hungry all the time, but once you get used to eating less, it makes it easier to keep the weight off. Just make sure you eat enough to keep your strength up and stay healthy, you don't want to get sick from lack of energy.

Anyway congrats on that.
