This is a good idea for a blog! Great pictures! Really interesting to see the Mega Drive stuff.

 

I wonder why Sega had to rename the Mega Drive to the Genesis here in the States? There was probably a focus group involved and more people "resonated" with the name Genesis than Mega Drive. Still odd.
