...it's not really a Halloween-themed game BUT there are lots of pumpkins to eat where pellets would be in Pac-Man (or its many incarnations). Well by now you know it's a Pac-Man clone but it is worth the download and the hour you are given by the author before you are asked to drop $10 for the game (you could invest it in far worse ways). Let's cut to the description: You are a "smiley" basically an emoticon , a happy one at that and you are being chased but other "smileys" whose expressions aren't kind and can get worse --> . As with most Pac-Man clones it is your task to clear the board of pellets, here it is pumpkins, etc. You can grab bonuses that will freeze your enemies, multiply your score, etc. And of course allow you to turn the tables much like "power-pellets" do in Pac-Man. You can choose from a handful of midi music and the sounds are well down (although I don't care for a fart sound when you are killed). For those of us who enjoy a Pac-Man clone (and most of us on AA do) this is most definitely worth checking out for an hour and maybe even a purchase!
