198lbs
Well, I've done it again. After several days of vigorous exercise and modest dieting, I've finally cracked 200lbs and down to 198lbs. I've been walking 4-5miles the past few days, usually on Mon, Wed and Fri to get to my classes. It's fun to save gas and at the same time, challenge myself to get more exercise during the week. It's obviously paid off. I've found it harder to eat less though but I've been trying out different methods.It won't be long before I'll be at my goal. I still have a belly that needs to be worked off so it will be a while longer of dieting to get down to the level I want. Still, what a pleasant surprise! I'll be keeping up with the 4 mi walks.
