Hi there!
Walking like an Egyptian in another Amiga/ST to C64 conversion:
Well, despite the refreshing theme this production of the short lived developer Logotron was a rather uninspired Action-Adventure, with only average graphics, music and gameplay.
The game is backed by a weird story based on Egyptian legacy. As I get it, you're controlling a guy named Horus in a quest of assembling 9 body parts of his father Osiris.
In order to do that, you're wandering up and down a pyramid, collecting the body parts, colored keys and several magical amulets (read: extra weapons).
While doing so you're attacked by all sorts of things that usually hang out in such dangerous locations, most notably a dragon shaped end boss.
This one is quite nasty, since it's chasing you through the rooms and you can only defeat it once you have completely assembled your fathers body.
After I did that (using a map certainly) the dragon is finally taking hits and can then be defeated, which is rewarded with a small animated scene:
Some future day the "Playing..." series may see another Logotron game in the form of "Bad Company", but first it continues with something else.
Greetings,
Manuel
