Getting the hang of my new duties
It's definitely not easy, but I'm still trying to get the hang of planning schedules for 3 people and so forth. Not a day goes by that I don't worry about them leaving suddenly or other possible problems. I think it's good to be worried though. It shows that I have to pay attention to the morale of the 3 people and make sure that they are not having any problems with the job at hand. I am just not used to being in charge of anyone. The paperwork doesn't bother me but I am always on the prowl, making sure that all 3 people are working in sync with each other and staying on top of their duties. It will take a while but I'm hoping that the current setup works out well enough that we can keep this place clean. That is my goal. I want to prove my worth even more by showing that I can do this job. I guess you will meet people who want to work, but don't really want to WORK. If you know what I mean. I'll do my best to deal with that as well as possible. I've had a few setbacks but it's time for reality to settle in and complaining about the changes won't help me out. Time to adjust to reality.
