chadtower
I don't know, man, even for classic gamers... those VR games, especially the roller coaster designer, are pretty damn good.
DigitalDaredevil
Chadtower, I agree that they have some really good games there, but as i said in the bottom of the post I was pertaining to the "classics" and not the newer stuff. There are plenty of things to do there, and it has great potential, but they just are not taking care of the classics like they should be. I hope the review is what people were looking for. scotty
I was there with Digital Daredevil and was really disappointed. When I first learned of Disney Quest, I thought it would be heaven. Wow, was I wrong. To see the machines there, all lived up was awesome. That is where the happiness ends. When you go up to each machine, and say "I wonder how many problems we will find with this one" before you touch it, you know it isn't good. Cedar Point in Ohio has a bunch of classic games, and granted, the cabinets aren't as nice as the ones at DQ, at least you will find more working than non. It is hard to say it, but I am happier playing MAME/Daphne than I am playing the real games at DQ. That being said, the Space Ace/Dragons Lair machine was nowhere to be found. DigitalDaredevil
To me, it is obvious that DisneyQuest: 1. will be closing, which has been confirmed already. 2. does not care about the condition of their classics. 3. has a tech that does not know or appreciate what it takes to have a game in a good playable condition.
