atarimastermarty Posted June 19, 2002 Share Posted June 19, 2002 I ordered Visual Basic 6.0 professional academic Version. We did a little of it in computers. Can't wait to take it in 10th grade. I did a slot machine and called it " Lucky Atari". When you won an Atari 2600 popped up. I also made a couple of dumb projects, but put atariin most of them. Drop me a line if you need any pointers, once you get some programs under your belt I can help you get started with Game graphics and SPEED.. joelp@cyberspaceport.com You'll want to start out simple right now though with Text Adventures and the like. :-) I've got a nice beginner to advanced book on Game Programming called "The Black Art Of Visual Basic Game Programming" I'd be willing to send it your way.. you;ll need to cover shipping.. :-) I don't think you'll be ready for it right now though, until you've played with VB a little bit..
