According to this page (http://www.x-arcade.com/adapters.shtml), they only sell adaptors for PC/Mac and modern consoles (Wii, Xbox, etc). If you're running an Atari emulator on one of those, it'll work. If you're asking about a real Atari, the short answer is "no".
