I have fixed my 400 I have converted a Sega light pistol to use with the a8 and 7800 stuff I have anyone else had a good week?
Wrathchild
Yep, I got 100 pixel wide P/M 'Health' bar example translated from a C prototype to more optimized assembler code.
WizWor
If you're not too strict about your definition of a week, I've... - located a source for cx40 joysticks (bought 16) - pulled my A8s out of the attic and found they all work - found these forums - found the chat room - purchased an atarilab starter (temperature experiments) - purchased an atarilab light module - renewed an acquaintance with the sysop of the North Shore AMIS BBS (after 19 years) - re-established my take-no-prisoners reputation in Wizard of Wor So, yeah, it's been a pretty good week. carmel_andrews
Mimo...why do you want a 'pro' image...no atari emu support's that format (apart from Ape) Nice to hear you are 'up and running' A8 wise

I thought that .pro is the most accurate image (bad sectors, fuzzy sectors etc) for Atarimania to make the most use of.
Almost Rice
I thought that .pro is the most accurate image (bad sectors, fuzzy sectors etc) for Atarimania to make the most use of. I think what you are asking for might be VAPI.

www.atarimania.com
Yes, VAPI is our preferred format but I'll add your PRO file in the archive later today nonetheless. You need a Happy (or compatible) disk drive to make ATX images. The tool isn't officially available yet but tests have been successful so far. Still, you CAN run ATX images using APE or a modified version of Atari800Win PLus. -- Atari Frog http://www.atarimania.com Edited April 25, 2007 by www.atarimania.com
LoTonah
It's been a good week for me too... Got an Atari calculator to add to the collection Got a copy of De Re Atari...now I'm gonna dabble in assembler ...tomorrow I pick up a book I won on eBay about the history of Commodore. Who said my collection had to be limited to Atari?

Who said my collection had to be limited to Atari? Been a GREAT week for me. After 11 years, I finally have an ATari Video Music in my posession!!!! It's in nearly mint condition too. This makes 6 generations of light synth hardware (dating ffrom 1978 to 2007, with five of these powered by Jeff Minter's software). Pics will follow ASAP.
