wrandal
well, apparently this version of Pigs in Space I have is a PAL version if having text on the back in 6 languages makes it a PAL version. it doesn't _say_ PAL anywhere, but it does say made in Taiwan. Here're the pics, sorry for the picture quality: http://personal.bgsu.edu/~wrandal/atari/pigs.html does anyone collect PAL carts? do they work on any atari 2600? the price tag which is still on here and has the price crossed out (maybe it was going to be a christmas present) says 'Hills' on it, which is an american department store. i also have versions of kangaroo and ms. pac man with six languages on the back of the box. -bill wrandal@bgnet.bgsu.edu
King Asmo
If it has a Hills tag on it, it's NTSC. Guaranteed. Lots of North American carts were issued with multi-language text, particularly in Canada. That's a nice box you have there.. I've never seen one before. Cheers, KA
ATARIPITBULL
It looks just like the one I have sealed in the box and my copy is a NTSC version.

wrandal
hmm, yeah. thats too bad. hopefully someone will bid on it - i didnt think that was an unreasonable starting bid. you dont need warlords, kangaroo, or ms pac man sealed in box do you? cause i have those... Rick Weis
It looks just like the one I have sealed in the box and my copy is a NTSC version. pitbull if yours is sealed in the box how do you know it's NTSC? Take care, Rick
ATARIPITBULL
I was going off of what I thought my box looked like, but since you asked Rick, I brought out my copy from my collection and it looks like wrandal might be right in thinking that his copy is a PAl version. When I looked at the back of my copy it only has English on it and on the left side of the back in a small purple section it says for use with all NTSC atari 2600 systems.
