Who designed the Amiga AGA chip?

I guess it's common knowledge that the Amiga's first graphics chip was designed by Jay Miners team at Amiga using Atari money, but does anyone know who designed the AGA chip that appeared in later Amiga's? Was this another Amiga/Jay Miner design or was it done by Commodore?

From what I can tell, this design was done by Commodore in their Los Gatos group, apparently largely by Bob Raible, Victor Andrade, George Robbins and Dave Haynie.
