liveinabin
Thought you might be interested in more platitudes for Adventure II, from the other side of the Atlantic. A2 has got coverage in both of the 'thinking-mans' games magazines here in UK, Egde and Games TM. Not bad when you consider that the Atari 5200 has never been available here! Anyway, here are the write ups, Edge first :- and GamesTM:-
Albert
Thanks for posting those images! Very cool to see the game get press in the UK, especially given the Atari 5200 was never available there. I have it on good word that it'll be featured in an upcoming Wired Magzine as well. I need to get copies of those UK magazines! ..Al
CPUWIZ
"Be aware however, that the Atari 5200 console was only ever released in the UK, so most people will have to source a machine from the States." LOL Very cool to see those, thanks liveinabin.
+Cafeman
Very cool! I see GamesTM and Edge at Bares & Nobles (right next to Retro Gamer issues) but they are always a month or two behind the UK release. Albert, time to post "Coming soon for Atari 8bit computers". Atarifever
For a Homebrew release, Adventure 2 is very professionally produced I'll tell PMP, Kenfused, Ted Szczypiorski, Soren Gust, John Dondzila and the rest how unprofessional their products are. Still, nice to see the game get this kind of attention. Edited June 18, 2007 by Atarifever

I understand it's a compliment of the game, but I don't think they need to add "for a homebrew". From what I've seen Adventure 2 is very well produced period. Mayhem
Question is... will any of them review it? Now if I get a 5200 some point before Xmas...
liveinabin
Well maybe if they were sent review copies, they might (or ROMs I guess - I bet even Edge might have trouble getting hold of a 5200).

Weren´t the 5200 consoles released exclusively in the UK (it´s getting old at this point, but still a bit funny)
liveinabin
Yes, I'm afraid that none of your 5200s will work now, they're all PAL.
