There was a traffic jam on the way due to an accident. I arrived at 7:45am. Was in line at check in at 8am. Got to the front and the kiosk wouldnt work. Waited for a live check in person. I waited so long that they "closed the gate". It was 8:32am and they said I couldn't board my 9am direct flight to Las Vegas. They offered me a flight tonight. I said "no, I have tickets to a show". So they book me one American Airlines for 10am EST with a 4 hour layover in Chicago. Maybe I'll run into an Atari fan while I am there. Did I also mention that I have my family with me....and we aren't sitting together on the flight? On a good note. I have a suitcase full of Atari goodness...lots of boxed rarities for trading. Security didn't even blink when the games went through the scanner. Now...I sit...and wait... More later... Now Im at Wolfgang Pucks @ O'hare. 3 hours til the next flight. Oh yeah, I had to gate check my suitcase full of games which includes a prototype, an R10, several CIB R9s & R8s and many others! Fighter17 Posted July 28, 2007 Share Posted July 28, 2007 Woke up 7:45 yesterday morning EST. Ate, play some Toaplan Shooting Battle 1 for the Playstation. Got dress, went to the airport. First flight from Daytona Beach to Atlanta, it took one hour. Got to Atlanta (by Delta) at 2:00. EST Walked around, ate, and waited for the next flight to Vegas. Got on plane, heading to Vegas. 4 hour flight, got to Vegas around 5:30 PST. Walked around the freaking huge Riviera Hotel (know where's CGE in the place). Went to the Circus Circus arcade (where all the games mostly work except fighting games). Went back in the hotel, saw a friend of mine from Neo-Geo.com. Later my two buddies from RF Generation finally made it to the hotel. Walked around a little more. Went to my hotel room. Took a shower, bed. Keep waking up because CGE is so near. 4:30 A.M.
