number13001
i'm looking (with vigor) for THE most baddest-ass, single-player game playable on the 2600. i THOUGHT it was called maze craze. but the maze craze 'cops and robbers' version available on this site is nothing like the one for which i pine. the one i'm after is like a strip-down version of the original wolfenstein 3d...it's got the walls (though they're all the same color), you turn corners but there's no stairs or anything the least bit fancy like that. BUT there are the chewing heads. they are spheres with both faces and backs to their heads that advance through the corridors with respect to perspective. they move with a simple but petrifying musical accompaniment...which also fades or amplifies with respect to its relative distance from you. YOU the player have no visible representation on the screen. you see as if thru eyes. it's a beautiful game. surely someone out there knows what i'm looking for and where to find it. please help!
