JagChris
I thought that lost and found vol 3 and Jag Cd were going to be a Portland NWCGE exclusive? I am part of NWCGE, and this is not cool for someone to promise something and back out of it. If this is the case, then you can count me ever from ordering any of the products again. What Jaguar vendors will be there?
+swlovinist
If the games are going to be at NWCGE then let this be my public apology. I saw that your website took off the info about the games making a debut, and it worried me alot. I personally bought several of your products, so I welcome them. I just thought that it was blowing up in our face. As for the Jaguar stuff, I am sure we will have Jaguar fans in the Portland area showing up. Ususally at our show I see a boxed Jaguar or two, as last year I scored a boxed Jaguar CD.
Tweety
Got my Frog Feast Jaguar game 2 days ago but it doesn't work. I've read that I have to copy it with Nero? But Nero is an Windows PC application, and I'm a Macintosh OSX user... I tried several of my own burning software, but no results.

Another thing to consider is if your burner supports multi-session audio, if I remember right. One of my burners does, the other doesn't. OlderGames should be replacing these discs free of charge, to tell you the truth. No customer-paid-for-shipping or anything like that. They could send a self-addressed stamped something for the old disc to be returned in when they send us the fixed discs. Broonale
Find a friend with a non-trendy PC and use Discjuggler. Discjuggler has worked flawlessly for my Jag CD's!
jaguar_fan
I got my FrogFeast CD (#046/100) last Saturday. As with many (or all others) over here, mine does not work at all I hope this issue is going to be resolved soon. However I have to say I would not want to spend another $10 or so to have to send the faulty disc back.
cdoty
If you have a bad CD, please follow the following instructions: I need a picture of a visibly broken CD (including a torn label), with the number still intact and visible. This needs to be sent from the same e-mail address you payed with paypal. Also, please include your address to speed up the process. Send these to: cdoty (at) rastersoft (dot) net. Paolo
OK, guys! FrogFeast #45 is home, safe and sound. Well, sort of. It didn't work, but afret a disk copy made with my mac at the lowest speed (8x) everything was ok. Too bad I don't have another sticker... Maybe when I have time, I'll scan it... :-)
JagChris
Hello, I've been out of town and just received word on this issue. Please remain patient as I will need to get with my colleagues and put together some sort of replacement program for those affected by these problem disks... I thought that lost and found vol 3 and Jag Cd were going to be a Portland NWCGE exclusive? I am part of NWCGE, and this is not cool for someone to promise something and back out of it. If this is the case, then you can count me ever from ordering any of the products again. Relax man. Although I have every intention of supporting your show the decision for the early release was made by Mr. Doty. Seeing as Frog Feast is his baby, I'm in no place to tell him to hold off on it. LNF3 remains a show debut, along with another project. Maybe I misread this, but no one had Frog Feast for sale at the NWCGE. They all looked at me like an alien that had just beamed down from the mother ship when I enquired.
OlderGames
Maybe I misread this, but no one had Frog Feast for sale at the NWCGE. They all looked at me like an alien that had just beamed down from the mother ship when I enquired. Unfortunately due to the entire run seemingly turning out to be defective we had to cut all shipments and sales (including NWCGE) until replacements became available. The defective product run has been a difficult situation for all parties involved: you guys, us, nwcge, charles. We don't intend on repeating this ever again. As much as I would love to have made the copies available at the show I could not do so with a clear conscience as the copies we had at the time were most likely not functional. On another note: We will be sending replacement disks to all customers who have contacted Charles about getting them before Wednesday as we now have tested, functioning, working copies of the game. This includes the shipping of all pending orders which have not been sent. I feel horrible about how this situation played out. This is the first time in over six years that we have ever issued a recall on any of our products and I and our company will do everything in our power to make things right for our customers. If you need a replacement copy follow Charles' instructions and we will ship you a new disk before the end of the week when we send out replacements in bulk. -- RW

OlderGames
Just FYI, Songbird will have this game in stock late next week. Happy gaming! All pending orders, and replacement discs are now shipped! Thanks for your patience and understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you all, and have now put checks into place that will make sure this doesn't happen again! rolenta
Not a big deal, but on the Oldergames.com website it says for Frog Feast: "THIS ITEM WILL BE RELEASED ON OR BEFORE SEPT. 29TH 2007 AND WILL BE AVAILABLE IN 50 NUMBERED COPIES. BY ORDERING YOU ARE RESERVING ONE OF THE FIRST 50 NUMBERED COPIES OF THIS RELEASE. Well I preordered in August and received my copy today but it's #80/100. What gives? fishsandwich
I got Saturn L&F3 in the mail Saturday. I have been a supporter of Oldergames for several years and I am pleased to have this new Saturn release. I have a couple of questions... How is Deep Fear different from the European release? Who proofreads the text on these releases? I counted a minimum of 5 punctuation/grammar errors on the back of the box. justclaws
Hi C, It was important that it was released on the Two Year anniversary of Frog Feast, as promised almost a month ago.My CD arrived a couple of days ago, in Netherlands, #75 of 100. (Also pre-ordered from 50.)Interesting to see a game released on so many platforms, and thus what could be achieved in future using the same methodology. Well done for the effort of planning, porting, delivering. I look forward to seeing further news on your blog about more source releases and platforms! Cheers, JustClaws.
