Are there companies/people who can do my 2600 S-Video Mod for me?

Hi, I am hoping to get a 2600 or a console that can play 2600 games modded for S-Video out (and maybe for stereo sound as well). I am trying to find someone or a store that can do the mod for me.

 

I used to have a 2600 that was destroyed during a rough cross country move, that I used to play on my TV by adapting to the coaxial. Now I am looking to buy a new console (should I get another 2600 or somehing else like a 7800?), and I want to get it modded to output S-Video so I can play it on my new 40" 1080p widescreen HDTV.

 

The problem is I am not electronically inclined or a "tinker-er" in any way, I just want to be able to play games using S-video on my TV. I am aware of http://www.8bitdomain.com, and I have heard that that is the best S-video mods there, but even with that, I'd rather pay someone to do it for me.

 

What is my best bet?

I'm not afraid to do these modifications, but I'm not sure where I should go to get the kits. Is 8-bit Domain the best source for them, or is there another place that sells them for less money and delivers them more quickly?
