Chris++
Can anyone think of a 2600 game in which you can, if you wish, only score 1 point? Dodge 'Em and the Pac-Man adaptation are the only ones I can think of. Just for fun. Y'know. CF
DEBRO
Can't you do this with Centipede? Shoot one mushroom and then die. How can you get just one point in Dodge 'Em or Pac-man? Both main characters keep moving once you start.
Chris++
Good points. I'd forgotten about the Centipede and Millipede mushrooms. You're right about Dodge 'Em, so I should scratch that one; but in Pac-Man, he stays still and just eats one dot until you move him. Of course, this only happens right when you start a game, reappear after dying, or clear a screen. CF
joshk
I could be wrong, but I thought that in another thread that it was possible in Atlantis II.
D.Yancey
Kaboom!, Robot Tank, Cosmic Commuter, Freeway, Pitfall!(if you score and lose back down to 1), Pitfall II also like Pitfall, Ice Hockey, Boxing, Decathalon(possibly?). That should cover most of Activision's titles.

Entombed Bowling Pinball (harder than you think, but do-able if you get the point and tilt thereafter) Cosmic Storm Raiders of the Lost Ark (is half-a point do-able ?) Demons to Diamonds Breakout & Super Breakout Kaboom Centipede & Millipede and of course, the original that started the thread, Dodge'em Gotta go...at work now, but not that bust that I couldn't think of these. Room 34
You can catch exactly 1 egg in Big Bird's Egg Catch. I think that's about as long as I could tolerate the game.

Pitfall Harry
If you score the word "I" or the word "A" in one round and hit the PASS bar for each of the other 13 rounds, you can score 1 point in Glib. Ben
bergbros
Uh... Play an average game of Skeet Shoot , any game where you take one shot and then hum the game out the window.
Room 34
Scores of only 1 point are also possible on Frogger Actually, the lowest score you can get in Frogger is 5. You have to jump to the first lane of traffic to die, and that gets you 1 point each time. With 5 lives in a game, that leaves you with a minimum of 5 points. StanJr
Not so. You can run out of time on your other lives.
