What games do you wish were made for the 7800?

For what it's worth, here's my 2 cents:

IKARI warriors 2 (not 3 as it sucks!)

Metal Slug

Super Mario Bros.(We have the non super already and HEY a guy can dream!)

More Bally Midway conversions, like Blueprint, Gorf, Omega Race, Kickman, etc..

Gauntlet 1,2,3

Or better.............

Get the guyz that wrote Midnight Mutants to make a 'biggest 7800 game EVER' FF type RPG with battery backup save.

OK! Back to reality (reaches over and un-pauses Dig-Dug!)

Perhaps the Final Fantasy Legend could be ported to the 7800 with a lot of work.

It seems pretty basic--black and white 2D graphics and such.

It was a Gameboy Classic title.

See that's the attitude!!!!!

I would LOVE to see a dev tool for just such a purpose! Imagine that a GB emulator on 7800, they're not THAT far apart......

As for porting the actual game, I played it in the day, I swore off the series during FF VII, it could (with a great programmer at the helm)be a straight forward port.

I mean really, which sounds better GB sound or 7800 TIA sound????

Diner. It is the sequel to the game Burger Time. As far as I know, this game was released exclusively for the INTV only in 1987. The screenshots rock. Since we have a Burger Time Homebrew, surely the sequel would be awesome to have. We wouldn't even mind if it was called Beef Drop II. :D
