ballyalley Posted January 3, 2008 Share Posted January 3, 2008 When I use my Atari 7800 low hissing/static sounds are coming from the TV's speaker. I've had this Atari 7800 for several years and it didn't used to do this. I've tried different cabling and it makes no difference. Other systems hooked up to the same TV with the same cables do not have any static. Other than the static, the sound effects in the games work fine.
