shadow460
Where's mimo? Wasn't he/she looking for a Supercharger? This is an Arcadia brand model, but it works the same, I suppose.
phil_vr
Superchargers ARE made by ARCADIA (and later STARPATH). Its the name they had, before they switched it to STARPATH due to some copyright issues. Same company whatsoever. Mayhem
Yes, but is it a PAL or NTSC unit?
iwan-iwanowitsch-goratschin
Yes, but is it a PAL or NTSC unit? Seller is from U.S so I think that the Supercharger is a NTSC unit!
Mayhem
Which is what I figured, which won't help Mimo as he's over my side in the UK... unless he wants or needs an NTSC one...? Edited February 19, 2008 by Mayhem

Mayhem
From what I've been told (I've not actually tried it myself despite owning both PAL and NTSC Superchargers) is that you won't get much of a startup screen (garbled) but you can still press play and load the tapes. Whether the games work after that... Actually I've never tested either Supercharger I own! Perhaps I should But there is apparently a full set (10) of PAL games for it out there... but in my travels I've only ever acquired four. I know someone with six I think, so that's not bad going. But PAL titles are incredibly rare compared to the NTSC versions. Edited February 19, 2008 by Mayhem
mimo
Mimo is a he Thanks for thinking of me but I have just finalized a trade with someone from AA I want an NTSC unit as despite living in the UK, most of my Atari stuff is NTSC, but I can confirm that PAL or NTSC will work on PAL or NTSC, it is the game that you are loading that makes the difference. WTF did I sell my modded one
