When I got 11,610, I started the 4th wave with 7,610 points and I was able to wipe out all of the Radial Tires at the top of the screen (something that doesn't happen too often) which tells me that with the best case scenario, you can score 4,000 points on wave 4. Since my highest total so far after the 3rd wave is 7,640, following that with a 4,000 point wave 4 will net 11,640.
