+Psionic
...ONE OF THE HOLY GRAILS FOR THE ATRAI 2600. I love Atrai 2600. Nevermind the caps, you think he could spend 10 seconds proofreading? IT IS ALSO AN ULTRA RARE 10! Umm....no.
ATARIPITBULL
Oh come on now. $23.00 for 2nd day shipping. At $500.00, which I believe it will go for way more, the least he could do is ship for free.

EricDeLee
I agree about the shipping thing. I won't gripe too much but this has always been my type of policy: If I bought a game for $2 at a flea market.... Sold it for $500 on ebay I think I can afford to send the thing express mail for free. I've done it a few times (once actually at the $500 mark... quite a few times for other money values). But... to each his own I guess.

Yeah, it will easily fetch up twice this amount Chuck Wagon for over $1000? Doubtful. Boxed copies have been selling in the $300-$500 range. Last one (missing instruction sheet) sold about 4 months back for around $350, IIRC.
JustJeff2
<HiJackThread> I have one that is loose... what is the value do you think? I forget where I got it. Pretty good shape, I would say 7/8 out of 10 cosmetically. </HiJackThread>

+Psionic
Please spell S A R C A S M, Pinguin........ I don't sense any sarcasm in ATARIPITBULL's post. And your laughing and homerwannabe's supposed sarcasm makes no sense either. The price is high (especially from a no-name seller), but not insane...so I don't get the joke, sorry. ATARIPITBULL
I don't care who gets mad at me, I am saying that the shipping cost is way over the top unless you are going to ship the game by armored car.

ianoid
NEED I SAY ANYTHING ELSE... IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT THIS YOU ALREADY KNOW. I HAVE NOTHING MORE TO SAY. LINDSAY LOHAN RULES. PURINA CAT CHOW IS DELICIOUS. EXPENSIVE SHIPPING! HOLY GRAIL YOU WILL GP TO HEAVEN FOR BUYING THIS. NEED I SAY MORE? I HAVE NOTHING MORE TO SAY. --- I think that the starting price is too high. I think it's reasonable to protect yourself with a starting bid (I'm kind of anti-reserves- in this case, maybe $200), and let the market decide what your item is worth. This could sell, but there isn't great info about the box or good pictures. I think someone would be foolish to pay this much for this auction based on the crappy listing job. I agree with above, my understanding of the game is that it's a $300-$500 item. Most auctions that go above market are anecdotally less often a fixed price auction, and more often an auction. Auction excitement and bidding results in higher prices. I would bet someone a Chip's Challenge that this won't sell.

You start chirping about how this will go for an extremely high price. Then back it up with supposed "Facts" and viola you have 20 people going in the other direction about how it will go for much less. Then all of the sudden the auction goes for way less than it could of. That is how you screw up an auction my friend.
