nashnooga
Does anyone know of a place where I can get batteries for my dreamcast vmu? it takes 2 cr2032s. I checked out longs but they only had one and it was $3.39! I only paid $6 for my vmu! Is there a cheaper place online or something? People on ebay were selling packs of 50 but I only want 2. TheSmirk
that price is common, if you are lucky you will see them around $1.50 if stores are closing they usually mark batteries WAY down, I bought a dozen of those for $0.95 each!! VMU's burn through batteries very quickly if you don't use them in the controller and run the Dreamcast alot

Brian R.
Just wondering, but you do know that you don't need the batteries to store game data, right? I have three VMUs, two in use, and the batteries in those ran out very fast. I never used any of its standalone features, just as a memory unit in the controller. Once the batteries died I just pitched them and never bothered replacing them.
