Ransom Posted February 28, 2008 Share Posted February 28, 2008 Is it normal for 8bitdomain to be unresponsive to email and telephone inquiries? I've tried to contact them about my order several times via email and telephone messages over the last week, and there hasn't been a peep out of them. I'm thinking of reversing the charges, but wanted to see if this is normal for them or if maybe the guy died or went out of business or something.
