calfranklin
Please post the entire list of XEGS titles released. I own a few of these, but I really don't know which other games were released for the XEGS.
+Psionic
You mean Atari cartridges released specifically for the XE Game System? http://www.atarimania.com/lst_soft-MENU-8-...ITEUR_ID-6.html Any titles listed there that are 1987 or later are blue box games for the XEGS. +CharlieChaplin
Hmm, I would go for the Atari cart. list (not all Atari titles available on cart, tape and disk) and search specifically for the blue boxed cart. titles here: http://www.atarimania.com/lst_soft.php?MEN...n_sauver=Search greetings, Andreas Koch. +Psionic
These are the blue boxed XEGS carts... You forgot Necromancer. Donkey Kong was not originally an XEGS game, it simply had a blue box reissue. If you're going to count 1987/88 reissues as XEGS titles, there are many of them that were simply reissued in silver boxes. The Tramiels were too lazy and cheap to have new boxes designed for all the reissue titles...I have no idea why it was done for DK.

That's the XEGS in a nutshell really, "lazy and cheap"
BydoEmpire
Necromancer is awesome - my favorite A8/XE game... well, that and Star Raiders. That's the XEGS in a nutshell really, "lazy and cheap"While that's true, it does have a stellar lineup of games if you include the A8 carts. I say xegs had a lot of tired old games that one could play on just about anybodies 8-bit and none of the flashy modern games that even the commodore 8-bit (not to mention the nes) would continue to receive even into the 16-bit era. star raiders can't comptete with space rogue, and mule starts to fall flat against pirates--not that atari's competition didn't have those old games too, they just moved past them while the a8 line essentially died. +Psionic
Anyone have an idea where I can pick up some more of these that are not at Myatari.com? Try Video 61 or Best Electronics for Karateka, Mario Bros., and a few others perhaps. For anything else (Crystal Castles) there's really no NOS copies left...you'll just have to play the eBay waiting game.

Most of their stock seems to have been made by them. Lance is a great person to deal with, in any case. With a little patience, all of these titles can be obtained via ebay. Some are available through online retailers, too. Trading with established collectors might be the best way to make progress quickly. Maybe a post in the Marketplace forum... He still has originals of most of the XEGS titles...if there's any question about a particular title you can just ask.

MattG/Snyper2099
Good luck finding a complete crystal castles. It took me 4 years of looking for one and the box was beat up. I think the rest of them could be bought for $5-$10 each.
